At Mountain View, we know how to host a great wedding! We’ve been popping the corks, filling the dancefloor and pulling out all the stops to create magnificent celebrations for years.
Our event spaces make sure celebrations at Mountain View can be as small or as big & as fun or as formal, as you want!
Outdoor speeches, drinks on the terrace, games, s’mores on the fire pit – the list goes on & glasses will be clinking all day long! We offer both indoor & outdoor ceremony spaces with stunning views.
Festival style weddings
We’re specialists when it comes to wedding festivals. These combine all the beauty you’d expect of a rural country farm with the abundant fun of a summer festival. Typically, a festival-themed wedding will take place at The Cowshed, incorporating live music, street food from our American Airstream food truck, flower crowns and a laid-back, boho atmosphere. To complete the experience guests can even sleep under the stars in our glamping village.

As night falls, Mountain View transforms into a space to dance the night away. Whether your heart is set on rock & roll, jazz or a fantastic DJ, it’s the perfect setting to host wow-factor entertainment.
The Grand Marquee
Floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood our Grand Marquee. The views over the countryside are enchanting; the inside space a perfect spot for magical photos. The beauty is in the detail, from the soft white draped linings, amazing chandeliers, fairly light backdrops to service that is warm & friendly, this is a day you will never forget.
Your Ceremony
At Mountain View, you have a range of options for your ceremony, whether you prefer to exchange vows inside or outside. If you choose an indoor setting, the stunning Cowshed is sure to leave your guests in awe. Outdoors, choose to be married under the dramatic pergola or the Greenhouse terrace.
No matter which location you choose, rest assured that your wedding will be the only one taking place, making it a truly special and unique event.
Food, Glorious Food
Memorable food to be shared and enjoyed is the heart and soul of Mountain View with our chefs creating remarkable feasts influenced by our countryside surroundings, using the very best of what’s available from the fields and other like-minded local producers.
Your menu is in very skilled hands. Executive Chef, Ger Dunne, personally cooks for every couple and their guests.
The choice is yours! Choose from hand crafted menus, from traditional wedding banquets to shared feasting or even opt for our very own American Airstream food truck. Ger prides himself on using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with the lowest food miles and best quality produce for your day.
Smaller Weddings
If you’re looking for something a little different, intimate and glamourous, then The Greenhouse is the perfect place to celebrate.
A space brimming with character, with floor to ceiling windows and flanked on two sides by picture-perfect terraces.
